Course Philosophy

Start every All-on-4® therapy with the final result in mind.

This course presents a fully integrated surgical, prosthetic and laboratory workflow within one system. Participants will learn how can an analog and digital working protocol using the All-on-4® concept significantly improve efficiency, accuracy and patient experience in cases terminal dentition or edentoulism.

This course is designed for implant dentists and the entire dental team who want to implement analog and/or digital All-on-4® workflow, including:

  • Digital diagnostics and planning
  • Guided implant surgery
  • Digital impression transfer to the lab
  • 3D printing of provisional restorations
  • Digitally guided final prosthetic workflows.

All-on-4® Concept Overview & Protocol

  • Why choose All-on-4® as a treatment strategy
  • How to communicate the concept successfully to patients

Analog Workflow

  • 3D planning in DTX Clinic
  • Surgical protocol
  • Site preparation
  • Implant positioning
  • Abutment selection
  • Impressions
  • Provisional fabrication and final prosthetics

Hands-On

  • Hands-on exercise 1:
    • Implant placement using freehand and guided surgery
    • Placement of prosthetic components

DAY 2 — Go Digital

Data Collection

  • CBCT
  • Photography
  • Intraoral scanning (IOS)
  • Face scanning
  • Creation of the digital patient clone

Digital Prosthetic Driven Planning

  • 2D Smile Design based on facial, lip and dental proportions
  • 3D functional design of the temporary fixed bridge
  • Prosthetically driven implant planning in DTX Implant software

Surgical Phase

  • Transfer of virtual planning to the patient
  • Surgical guides
  • Dynamic navigation (X-Guide)
  • Detailed video demonstrations of every phase

Digital Impression & Provisionalization

  • Photogrammetry and IOS (or combined workflow)
  • Fabrication and delivery of the temporary bridge

Final Restoration

  • Full Zirconia Based on the pre-designed
  • Technical aspects of provisionals and final restorations
    (Presented by a dental technician)
