HrvatskiREGISTRATION, RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
By registering for the course, you agree to the conditions of reservation, registration and cancellation. Novodent reserves the right to change or cancel your registrations and reservations in case you do not make the payment on time or do not meet the conditions for the selected registration fee.
For all listed prices: in the event that new, higher legal costs are introduced, they will be added to the contract price.
Any refund will be made upon completion of the course.
- PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
The registration fee for the course is calculated in euros and includes 25% VAT. The day of payment, not the day of registration, is decisive for the registration fee.
Cancellation must be made in writing to edukacija@novodent.hr. If you cancel your application 30 days before the event, the amount paid will be returned in full.
However, if you cancel your application less than 30 days before the course, we will keep the indicated first installment as a down payment and no refund will be possible.
- PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSE
Without any exception, you agree to comply with all regulations/rules imposed by the organizer or course staff to ensure a successful and safe course (these may be regulations/access control, mandatory safe distance from other people, mandatory wearing of a face mask, etc.) . The regulations that are mandatory during the course will be communicated to all participants via e-mail.
Delays or changes to the program, caused by any reason, do not give the right to a refund of application costs and Novodent will not be responsible for any resulting costs.
Recording, reproduction or commercial reuse of any visual and audio content presented in connection with the course is strictly prohibited. If you are a speaker, you remain the owner of the intellectual property rights of your content and grant Novodent at no additional cost the right to use this content, which means to distribute it and make it publicly available, but always limited to marketing purposes.
- FORCE MAJEURE
Novodent shall not be liable if a course is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay in the performance of Novodent’s obligations under these terms, if such event is the result of anything beyond Novodent’s reasonable control (e.g. .natural disasters, floods, riots, fire, acts of terrorism, war, labor strike, extreme weather, infectious diseases such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or Government order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or demotion, or any other emergency) or anything else that makes the execution of the course, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.
- LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Novodent disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, or any part thereof with respect to any aspect of the Course. You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these booking and cancellation terms you have not relied on any representation or warranty not expressly included in these booking and cancellation terms and you agree that you will have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation that is not part of these terms reservations and cancellations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novodent excludes any liability for any damage, loss, injury or liability arising out of or in connection with the COURSE and these booking and cancellation conditions.
Nothing contained in these booking and cancellation conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct or in relation to any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Only written contracts are valid. The place of jurisdiction is Rijeka.
Participants are advised to take out personal travel and health insurance for the trip.
